You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are prohibited from using our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to harassment, spam, or any activity that could harm our business or other customers.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Madelina Paradis African Hair Braiding to continue conversations that were initiated through AI voice interactions. These messages are specifically for:

• Appointment confirmations
• Scheduling changes and updates
• Customer support responses
• Follow-up communications related to your booked appointments

Opt-Out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message. For help, reply "HELP". Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. User Data and Privacy

We collect and use your personal information, including phone numbers and contact details, to provide our services and communicate with you. Our data practices are governed by our separate Privacy Policy and SMS Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and will not sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.

Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Payment and Service Policy

Payment for services is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash and Zelle payments. All services are final—no returns after three days from service completion.

Any concerns or issues with services must be addressed within three days of completion. After three days, we cannot take responsibility for hair maintenance issues or styling concerns.

7. Liability Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent service, we are not liable for any service errors, disruptions, or hair maintenance issues that arise after the three-day policy period. We do not guarantee continuous availability of our services or specific styling outcomes.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Madelina Paradis African Hair Braiding, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Chicago, Illinois.
